§ 18-46. Betting on elections.

Latest version.

Any person who shall make any bet or wager of money or wager of any other thing of value or shall have any share or part in any bet or wager of money or wager of any other thing of value upon any election in this state, shall upon conviction, be subject to the punishment as provided in section 1-15 of this Code.
